Terms & Conditions

(Te Flamuri Hotel Apartments – Velipoja, Shkoder, Albania)

Reservation & Payment

• Reservations can be made via phone, email, or online.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the season.

• Full payment must be completed upon arrival unless agreed otherwise.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: by 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee (equal to one night’s stay).

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment during their stay.

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Occupancy Rules

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

• No parties or loud gatherings are permitted inside the apartments.

• Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

Liability

• Te Flamuri Hotel Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.

• Guests are encouraged to lock doors and secure valuables.

Other Information

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• Parking may be available on-site or nearby (subject to availability).
