Reservation & Payment
Reservations can be made via phone, email, or online.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the season.
Full payment must be completed upon arrival unless agreed otherwise.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee (equal to one night’s stay).
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Occupancy Rules
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment during their stay.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
No parties or loud gatherings are permitted inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
Other Information
Te Flamuri Hotel Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to lock doors and secure valuables.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Parking may be available on-site or nearby (subject to availability).
